In this workshop you will learn how to setup and use a Genesys Cloud dev org. This workshop is intended for the administrators who will be configuring the dev org. Administrators will be responsible for daily operation, user and group administration, call flow setup, and configuration changes. After this workshop is complete, agents will be able to perform inbound customer interactions by phone, email, or web message. Users will improve their knowledge of Genesys and master example use cases that demonstrate Experience as a Service .
