Prerequisites

Have access to your own Genesys Cloud Org (Not GDemo)with permissions to create an integration

Have access to an AWS Account with administrator Access permissions

Have a basic knowledge of Genesys Cloud, and AWS

Have an existing and functional call flow and queue that you can call into, to test the integration
